Delvin arrived in the lab in the Fall of 2014 after serving 9 years as an Army Combat Medic in Iraq, where he witnessed firsthand war-related injuries including TBI and PTSD. He obtained his B.S. in Psychology at Upper Iowa University in 2013, and recently finished pre-med post-bac courses at PSU, graduating with a B.S. in General Science. Delvin is developing a novel combined mouse model of PTSD and TBI, and will be characterizing sleep-wake EEG in this model.
